Validation link expired

Q. A user reports, "I have tried several times to register and validate my user account. I click the link in the email but the site keeps saying that link has expired."

A. The problem is that you most likely have already validated. i.e. you must have already clicked that link. You cannot validate more than once because as soon as you validate the first time the validation link is set to expired.

You also cannot register again with the same email address.

Therefore DO NOT use that validation link again as once you validate the link is expired and do not re-register.

If you are validated ( you may need to check with support if you are) all you need to do is go to the site and login.

1. Visit the website
2. Click Login
3. Enter your email address and password.

You should be good to go.
