Managing your portal

You can manage your portal in your Admin Console. You’ll need to be logged in as a admin user.

As an admin user there certain things you can change on your own and certain things in which you'll need Brandkits help so that you can change/customize the portal site.

Things in your control:

  • What files are visible on your portal site these are Active files. All Active files must be with current release/expiry dates, approved and not archived.
  • The Watermark which you can edit under Account then Account Settings.
  • The Site name which you can edit under Account then Account Settings.
  • Shares/Requests is where you can approve or deny Outstanding Requests and view the records of past shares.
