When uploading a csv file to update metadata for assets, the upload can fail for a number of reasons but usually it is because there is some data you have entered in CSV that is causing the issue.

Is it possible to retrieve a failed CSV upload?
Yes you can retrieve the csv of a failed upload, but you will need to contact Brandkit support to arrange. You can do so with the Intercom chat bubble or via email to support@brandkit.io
